Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an appointment, reserve a service day, create a pool-service contract, authorize payment, or begin a recurring charge. A receipt or reference number confirms receipt of the inquiry, not acceptance of a service booking.
Service availability, the condition of your pool, site access, and the requested work must be discussed before service is agreed.
Weekly care and the advertised price
The advertised weekly-care plan is $250 per month, billed monthly. The routine described on the website includes pool vacuuming, wall and step brushing, weekly chemical rebalancing, and attention to equipment condition.
Before service begins, the service agreement should confirm your pool’s suitability, the scope and schedule, the treatment of chemicals and materials, any applicable taxes or additional work, payment timing, and cancellation arrangements. The website does not establish additional charges or payment terms that have not been agreed with you.
Specialist repairs, installation, and work requiring a contractor, electrical, or plumbing license are outside the routine cleaning and care described here. Such work requires separate arrangements and appropriately licensed professionals where required. Routine equipment observations are not a technical inspection or a repair commitment.
A separate agreement for service
Any actual service engagement should be documented in a separate agreement identifying the service provider and the agreed work. That agreement should address access, scheduling, billing, additional work, cancellation, and any applicable refund or warranty terms.
These website terms do not replace required service-contract disclosures, licenses, permits, or non-waivable consumer protections. They do not add an automatic renewal, cancellation fee, refund restriction, or warranty waiver to your service arrangement.
Communication choices
The inquiry form is used to respond to the request you submit. An optional phone number supports a callback about that request. Submission is not consent to automated text messages or marketing.

Changes and contact
