Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, neighborhood, and the service you are interested in. You may also provide a phone number and a message about your pool. A phone number is optional.
Please include only information needed to discuss your pool service. Do not send payment-card details, government identification numbers, passwords, gate codes, or sensitive information about other people through this form.
The website does not offer customer accounts, collect online payments, or complete a service booking. Separate communications and any later service agreement may involve additional information needed to provide service.
Technical and security information
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and request or error logs to deliver and secure the website.
The inquiry system records a request identifier, submission time, and delivery status. It also uses limited abuse-prevention records to reduce repeated or unwanted submissions. An IP-based abuse identifier is stored as a hash; infrastructure logs may separately contain an IP address.
How information is used
Submitting the form does not enroll you in marketing or give consent to automated text messages. Any separate messaging permission must be obtained separately.

Where an inquiry goes
An inquiry is saved in the website’s database and forwarded to our inquiry-management workflow through HighLevel/LeadConnector. This allows us to receive and manage the request and retain a record if forwarding is interrupted.
The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, storage, security, and delivery. HighLevel/LeadConnector processes the inquiry for customer communications and workflow management. Providers of externally loaded visual resources may receive the technical information needed to deliver those resources.
Information may be accessed by people who manage the website or respond to inquiries and by service providers supporting those functions. It may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, or address security issues. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.
Phone and text choices
Providing a phone number in the inquiry form is optional and permits a callback about that inquiry; it does not by itself authorize an automated SMS or marketing campaign.
The Text us link opens your device’s messaging application so you can choose whether to send a message. Clicking the link alone does not submit a message or enroll you in a messaging program. Your mobile carrier’s charges and terms may apply to messages you send or receive.
If you start a text conversation, responses should relate to your request. You can ask us to stop contacting you, including by replying STOP to a text or contacting us by email. SMS permission is not a condition of requesting pool service.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained as needed to handle the request, support a service relationship, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations, and address security issues or disputes. The appropriate period depends on the information and its purpose. This policy does not promise a fixed automatic deletion date.
We use access restrictions and technical safeguards intended to protect inquiry information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information has been sent or accessed improperly.
Your requests and choices
You can ask about information associated with your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional follow-up. Contact us using the links below and provide enough information to identify your inquiry without sending sensitive documents.

This website is intended for people arranging pool service and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit personal information about a child. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
