Gather the basics you already know
Start with the location, whether the pool is private or shared, and its approximate size if that information is available. Note the surface or finish and any special care instructions supplied after installation or resurfacing.
If you recently took responsibility for the property, say so. It is better to identify an unknown than to assume the previous owner’s routine still fits.
- Pool type, finish, and approximate size, if known.
- Treatment system, such as a salt system, if known.
- Any connected spa or separate water feature.
- Current water appearance and visible debris.
- The last known service date.
Share recent changes and treatments
Mention work carried out on the pool or equipment, a recent change in settings, and any products you have added. Product names and dates are more useful than descriptions such as “a little extra chemical.”
A note about when a concern first appeared can help frame the next step. This is particularly useful if the pool has been unused, a cleaner has stopped operating, or the water condition changed quickly.
Arrange practical, safe access
Describe gates, shared entrances, parking limitations, pets, and any property-management rules that affect a visit. Clear the route to the pool and accessible equipment area without moving unfamiliar components.
Do not put alarm codes, gate codes, or other sensitive access information in the initial contact form. Agree on how access will be handled after availability and the responsible contact are confirmed.
Ask the questions that define the service
Our weekly care plan is $250 per month, with the pool-specific scope agreed before starting. Submitting an inquiry does not book a visit or create a paid subscription.
- Which tasks are included for this pool?
- Which products, materials, or extra work might be charged separately?
- What service day and access arrangements are proposed?
- How are weather changes, missed access, and scheduling questions handled?
- What are the billing, cancellation, and payment terms?
- Who should be contacted if something changes between visits?
